Camping Tartaruga

The Campsite is situated in a quiet and remote area of the partly touristically buzzing bay of Laganas. It extends hillside, eastbound, so you may enjoy sunrises (if you are an early bird), but never sunsets.

The road that leads down to the stony beach (60 meters height difference) is paved and passable also for normal sized camper vehicles.

We offer fresh bread delivery every day and the (free of charge) use of refrigerators and deep freezer, but no kitchen use. You may geht a light breakfast and a dinner with authentic greek dishes (dinner except one day per week, usually Tuesday).

We do not operate a mini market, the nearest local super market (well equipped) is situated in Lithakiá, at a distance of 3 km.
The nearest tavern is 1,6 km away („the windmill“).

Especially for hikers we marked a trail (40 minutes walk) through olive groves to Limni Keriou (Keri Beach), where you can find taverns, bars, diving centers, a super market,
touristic shops as well as boat and car rentals.
